The brief

Client need & context

The client wished to elevate the perceived value of the property ahead of its sale. The objective was not to redesign the layout entirely, but to give the kitchen a more premium, luminous, and desirable presence, capable of instantly strengthening the property’s appeal.

Design constraints

Constraints that shaped the project

  • Intervention conceived within a resale enhancement strategy
  • Existing layout to be retained
  • Ageing finishes to be modernised
  • Need for strong visual impact without heavy works
💡

Editorial note — Key decision

  • Replacement of the original metro tiles
  • Selection of a large-format marble-effect surface
  • Development of a more elegant and light-filled palette
  • Concentration of investment on elements with high perceived value
